As the academic year comes to a close, it's time to return your rental product(s)! Please review the return instructions below to avoid any fees.

Important Return Information
Failure to follow the return instructions below may result in a $75 Improper Return Fee or a $400 Replacement Fee.

Please Note: Removal is based on your school's official move-out date, not individual departure times.

Bed Loft Rental
  • Leave your loft fully disassembled in your room. Our team will handle removal.
  • If you ordered a shelf with your loft, please leave it with the loft parts.
Refrigerator Rental
  • Leave the appliance in your room.
  • You must clean your unit following our cleaning instructions.
  • Our team will retrieve the appliance and assess its condition for cleanliness.
  • If you qualify for a deposit refund, it will be mailed to your home address within 4-6 weeks via check.
    • If your address has changed, please contact us at support@bedloft.com.

Futons
Futons are purchased items and cannot be returned. Please take yours home--it's yours to keep!
