As the academic year comes to a close, it's time to return your rental product(s)! Please review the return instructions below to avoid any fees.

Important Return Information

Failure to follow the return instructions may result in a $75 Improper Return Fee or a $400 Replacement Fee.

Please Note: Removal is based on your school's official move-out date, not individual departure times.

Refrigerator Rental

Leave the appliance in your room.
You must clean your unit following our cleaning instructions.
Our team will retrieve the appliance and assess its condition for cleanliness.
If you qualify for a deposit refund, it will be mailed to your home address within 4-6 weeks via check.
