If insurance is available, it will be added to the order automatically. You will see an additional charge for insurance no your total AFTER you enter your payment information, but BEFORE submitting your order. However, at some schools we aren't contracted to provide insurance for specific products or any at all, so you will not be able to add it. In those cases, be sure to take pictures and report any superficial damage to your unit immediately -- our customer service team will document your account. You can simply send pictures and describe the quality to support@bedloft.com.
