As the academic year comes to a close, it's time to return your rental product(s)! Please review the return instructions below to avoid any fees.

Important Return Information

Failure to follow the return instructions may result in a $75 Improper Return Fee or a $400 Replacement Fee.

Please Note: Removal is based on your school's official move-out date, not individual departure times.

Bed Loft Rental

Leave your loft fully disassembled in your room. Our team will handle removal.
If you ordered a shelf with your loft, please leave it with the loft parts.

Disassembly instructions

Clear area of items in front of and beside the loft.
Remove the safety rail and then the mattress from the loft.
Move the loft into a position where someone can easily access the headboard and the footboard area of the bed. With 2 people lifting together, lift the school provided bed up and out of the loft cups, and set the bed down onto the ground.
Loosen wing nuts on the bottom brace. Remove bottom brace from the loft ends. Please leave the cups in the loft end-pieces. Move loft pieces out of the way.
Reposition the school bed back into position, near the wall. Place the mattress back onto the school bed.
Place loft pieces together, out of the way. Please do not place the loft parts in a closet or under the bed.

Futons

Futons are purchased items and cannot be returned. Please take yours home--it's yours to keep!
