Current Status: On-site service starts 8/15/2026! Bedloft will be available on campus August 15–18, 2026, from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Purdue University On-Site Information | Fall 2026 includes service areas and check-in instructions. Orders are still being accepted while inventory and scheduling allow.

Availability may vary by residence hall, room, or housing assignment. Only products displayed for the student's eligible residence hall on the Purdue University collection page may be ordered.

Delivery and installation

Orders placed by 7/27/2026 are expected to be delivered before official freshman move-in when scheduling allows.

• Bedloft completes eligible furniture setups according to school requirements and safety standards. Students should not raise, lower, bunk, unbunk, or disassemble university furniture themselves.
• Orders placed after the pre-order deadline may be fulfilled after move-in and may require additional processing time.
• When you move in, verify that all ordered items are present. If anything is missing, damaged, incomplete, or incompatible, submit a service ticket through the Bedloft Help Center.
• If your residence hall or room changes, submit a service ticket as soon as possible so Bedloft can review the order and explain the next steps.

Canceling an order

To change or cancel an order, submit a service ticket through the Bedloft Help Center as soon as possible. A member of the Customer Experience Team will review the request.

After an order is placed

Customers will receive an order confirmation at the email address entered during checkout. Review the confirmation to make sure the student, school, housing, and product information are correct.

Bedloft will review the order and housing information, confirm product eligibility, coordinate delivery or setup, contact the customer if more information is needed, and complete the order according to Purdue University's service schedule.

Returns and end-of-year expectations

Rental products are picked up after the student moves out according to the return schedule. Purchased items, such as rugs, belong to the student and should be taken home when moving out.
